PLEASE READ THESE CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS CAREFULLY. BY SUBSCRIBING TO THE SERVICES THROUGH THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE BELOW CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS.

This website (www.kaamsaathi.com) under the name and style 'Kaam Saathi' (the "Platform") is owned, operated, and made available by Richter Brothers with its office at [Address], Mumbai – Maharashtra (hereinafter, referred to as "Company," "we," "us," and/or "our"). This is a legal agreement between you (the person using, accessing, or availing of the Services and hereinafter referred to as "you" or "User") and us. It also forms an integral part of the Terms of Use and by accepting the Terms of Use, the terms and conditions as mentioned in this Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Cancellation and Refund Policy") are deemed to be accepted and agreed upon by the User in its entirety.

Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before availing our Services through the Platform and making payment of the Fee (defined below). This Cancellation and Refund Policy is applicable to any Fee paid or payable by you for availing the Services offered by the Service Providers and/or the Company, as the case may be. Your payment of the Fee signifies your acceptance of the Agreement and your consent to be legally bound by the same. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of the Agreement, you should not make payment of the Fee or avail of Services.

1. Applicability and Amendment

1.1 The Company, through the Platform, facilitates the provision of various services, including but not limited to housekeeping, maintenance, and professional services ("Services"), through a network of trained and verified Service Providers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to any Fee paid or payable by you for availing the Services.

1.2 By initiating a request for booking Services through the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms in this Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy, you are advised not to proceed with the booking of the Services through the Platform.

1.3 We reserve the right to modify, alter, or amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy, for any reason, and your continued availment of the Services will be deemed as your acceptance of such amendment. Please review this Cancellation and Refund Policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.

1.4 In case of any inconsistencies or conflicts between the Terms of Use and this Cancellation and Refund Policy, this Cancellation and Refund Policy shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistencies or conflict, and the Company's decision in relation to such conflict or dispute shall be final.

2. Terms of Cancellation

2.1 You may cancel or reschedule any booking made for the Services through the Platform up to 30 (thirty) minutes prior to the allotted time slot ("No-Cost Cancellation Period"). Any booking canceled prior to the No-Cost Cancellation Period can be rescheduled to another available time slot within the same day or the next day only.

2.2 If the cancellation or rescheduling request is made after the No-Cost Cancellation Period, you will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee for the booked Service. Additionally, if you fail to avail the Services at the allotted time slot due to reasons directly or indirectly attributable to you, the booking will be considered canceled and the 100% cancellation fee will apply.

2.3 Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, the Company will process the cancellation and either:

2.4 If you choose to pay in cash and cancel the booking after the Service Provider has arrived at the designated location or after the No-Cost Cancellation Period, 100% cancellation fee will be applicable and may be charged at the time of your next booking.

3. Terms of Refund

3.1 The Fee paid for any Services availed through the Platform is generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

3.2 A refund request can only be initiated if:

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 (three) hours of the scheduled booking time. Refunds will be processed at the Company’s sole discretion based on the circumstances.

3.3 Refund requests for wallet recharges or payments made to avail coupons, discounts, bundles, offers, or membership programs are non-refundable.

3.4 If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method or Kaam Saathi wallet within 7 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

3.5 In the event of a refund, the Company may offer either a free service or heavily discounted service as a goodwill gesture, at its sole discretion.

4. Customer Support Team

If you have any grievance or issue regarding the refund of the Fee for any Service availed through the Platform, you can contact our grievance officer as per the contact details provided in the Terms of Use.

5. Electronic Record

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. By clicking on the "I Accept" button, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
